Chromium & The Blend, Explained
Vinetaro's label discloses Chromium Picolinate at 0.7mcg per serving, alongside a 200mg blend of five named botanicals without individual amounts.
Understanding the disclosed-versus-undisclosed split helps you weigh the formula honestly.
Chromium Picolinate: disclosed, but small
Chromium is a well-researched trace mineral tied to insulin function and carbohydrate metabolism. The Vinetaro label we reviewed discloses 0.7 micrograms per serving, roughly 2% of the Daily Value. Research is indexed on PubMed, though many studies showing meaningful effects use amounts considerably larger than 0.7mcg.
The 200mg blend: five botanicals, no split
Gymnema Leaf, African Mango Seed, Green Tea Leaf, Maca Root and Panax Ginseng are named as part of a combined 200mg blend. Each has its own traditional or research background, but without a per-ingredient breakdown, none can be individually evaluated against research doses.
